These Terms govern your use of medicareenrollguide.com and the phone number displayed on it (the "Service"), operated by Rainy Day Company LLC dba HeyDay Digital Media, operator of MedicareEnrollGuide.com ("Medicare Enroll Guide," "we," "us"). No advice from us. Nothing on this site is insurance, tax, or legal advice. A licensed insurance agent can answer questions about specific plans after reviewing your situation.

Independent agents. The licensed insurance agent who contacts you works for or with {{BUYER_LEGAL_NAME}}, which is independent of us. We do not employ, supervise, or vouch for agents, and we do not promise that any agent will contact you.

No guarantee. We do not decide what coverage you can get or what it costs. Plan availability, benefits, and costs vary and are confirmed only by the licensed insurance agent and the plan. Our Service is free to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service.

3. Consent to be contacted

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDICARE ENROLL GUIDE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR FROM THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY INSURANCE AGENT OR PARTNER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICE, IF ANY. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
